The Restaurant Manager: David’s Story

Like many teenagers, David Failla commenced a casual job at KFC while he was still at school. With a particular interest in business studies, KFC and Yum! Restaurants International offered David a traineeship in retail management. Now in his early 20s, David has forged a successful career at the company as a Restaurant Manager.

David was the winner of the Australian Apprentice (Trainee) of the Year Award at the 2012 Australian Training Awards.
