Currently they have over 1000 employees completing apprenticeships and traineeships. Each program is customised to accommodate Crown’s unique and highly regulated environment and exceptional customer service standards.
Crown’s apprentices and trainees are immersed in the industry with uniquely structured programs that place learners in multiple Crown outlets and environments, working across all rosters, and dealing with numerous and varied colleagues, managers, and customers. They have simulated training environments that replicate workplaces using learning methodologies and activities that inspire and challenge. They focus on providing training that delivers not only practical and technical skills and knowledge, but also self-respect and confidence, combined with enthusiasm for a career in tourism.
With more than 40 expert trainers Crown’s areas of specialisation are complemented by external guests, such as celebrity chefs, ensuring that students benefit from a wide range of expertise and experience.
