Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Tracy Mollison was excited when she was offered the opportunity to enrol in a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment through the Dulka Yuppatta Indigenous Training Centre at Sunraysia Institute of TAFE. The opportunity led Tracy to re-evaluate her commitments between studying a Diploma of Horticulture, working part time as a gardener at Mildura Airport and spending time with her grandchildren.
Tracy decided to relinquish her job at the airport, because she felt she needed to make sacrifices to fit in more study time, in order to achieve her 15-year-old dream to become a trainer.
Tracy’s personal missionis to help students from diverse backgrounds, especially Koorie students, to fulfill their goals in education, and in life.
