Mikayla is a student at Roma Mitchell Secondary College. She is undertaking a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery through the Australian Career Employment Group, and she is employed as an apprentice chef at Feathers Hotel.
Working busy shifts in a bustling kitchen, Mikayla is mentored by a skilled head chef. Her goal is to become a professional chef and promote sustainable practices in the hospitality industry.
