Nikita Wells completed her Certificate III in Hairdressing through TAFE NSW while employed by Cooper & Co Hairdressing. Her apprenticeship became a launchpad for creativity, confidence and ambition, combining formal study with practical salon experience to sharpen her technical skills, professionalism and ability to create exceptional client experiences.
For Nikita, hairdressing is about connection, self-expression and helping people leave the salon feeling their best. She has embraced every opportunity to learn and grow through additional training, industry photoshoots and national-level competition, building resilience, precision and creative flair along the way
Selected as a WorldSkills Australia NSW Ambassador, Nikita proudly promotes vocational education and encourages young people to explore apprenticeship pathways.
Whether in the salon, on the competition floor or representing WorldSkills, Nikita combines creativity with technical excellence and is already making her mark on the hairdressing industry.
