Rouaa Altinawi is a real estate trainer and assessor at Entry Education who combines property industry expertise with a deep commitment to learner success. Having migrated to Australia as a teenager, Rouaa brings resilience, cultural understanding and empathy to a diverse cohort of students, career changers and new industry entrants. Through authentic tenancy scenarios, workplace documents and personalised coaching, Rouaa transforms complex property legislation into practical, engaging learning experiences.
Between April 2025 and January 2026, Rouaa supported more than 135 trainees progress through or complete their programs, improving confidence, retention and assessment outcomes. Her industry experience spans real estate sales, property management, leasing and rental portfolio management, enabling her to connect training directly to workplace practice.
Beyond the classroom, Rouaa volunteers with the Red Cross and the Multicultural Communities Council of Illawarra, helping new arrivals understand the NSW rental market. Inclusive, committed and outcomes-focused, Rouaa is helping learners build successful careers while strengthening access to opportunities across the real estate industry.
