Through its provision of industry-specific training and apprenticeship pathways, the Civil Contractors Federation Victoria Branch (CCFV) is meeting the evolving needs of Victoria’s civil construction sector. As an ‘industry for industry’ RTO, CCFV works closely with the civil construction sector to design bespoke workforce initiatives. A standout example is the RTO’s ‘Pathways – Shaping Careers, Re-Shaping Industry’ program, which supports women and First Nations students. This initiative has achieved impressive results, with 86% of participants transitioning into employment. Its success is attributable to the passion, heart, and soul of CCFV’s industry trainers.
