Initially embarking on a tourism traineeship, Imogen transitioned to a business traineeship to better align with her host employer’s operations.

As part of her traineeship, Imogen was enrolled in a Certificate III in Business at Work & Training, employed by Keen Partners and hosted by Seasonal South Motel & Function Centre.

Imogen’s traineeship has allowed her to develop skills in business administration, operations management and customer service, and it has helped her build a strong work ethic and the confidence to take on leadership roles. It has provided independence in her personal life, and it will boost her career in hospitality and business management.

Imogen manages seasonal workers, handles administrative tasks and supports Due South,  her host employer’s charity arm. Due South provides wellness services for veterans and first responders, and Imogen manages the charity’s back-end operations. She is looking forward to contributing to Due South’s success in the future.
