Jaharn is a proud Ngunnawal and Yuin man with a commitment to culturally safe healthcare and community wellbeing.  On completing Year 12 Jaharn left with two qualifications, a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance and a Certificate III in Community Services. He completed both as school-based apprenticeships through Indigenous Allied Health Australia and the Canberra Institute of Technology. 

Jaharn has since commenced a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs and a Certificate IV in Community Services. By the time he turns 21, Jaharn will have more qualifications than many acquire in a lifetime. 

Passionate about learning and dedicated to community empowerment, Jaharn is a strong advocate for increasing Aboriginal representation in health services. Jaharn is passing on this passion to the next generation of students through his mentoring work. Recognised with awards for leadership and cultural contribution, Jaharn’s journey highlights how vocational pathways create real lasting impact.
