With a passion for professional development and nurturing growth in others, Rebecca has forged a dynamic career as a hospitality trainer at The Ville Resort – Casino over the past 12 months. In partnership with CTA Training Specialists (an external RTO), Rebecca coordinates the delivery of a variety of hospitality and business-related VET programs to the resort’s large and diverse workforce.

Building on her own extensive experience and training in the hospitality sector, Rebecca assumed the position of learning and development coordinator at The Ville Resort – Casino in 2023. As part of this role she delivers 50% of the Certificate IV in Hospitality to staff, provides mentoring support to the resort’s school-based apprentices and trainees, and coordinates a leadership excellence program to foster the development of the resort’s future leaders.

Rebecca is a strong advocate for the use of VET pathways to address staffing and skill needs in the hospitality industry.
