Based in Darwin, Response Employment and Training is a registered training organisation that offers a range of aged care, disability services, community support and leadership qualifications. Its programs are tailored to the unique needs of regional and remote communities across the Northern Territory.

Response Employment and Training’s goal is to equip learners with practical and culturally relevant skills that open doors to meaningful employment and foster ongoing professional development. It achieves this through flexible, industry-driven and hands-on vocational education.

With a strong focus on community-led training, Response Employment and Training is supporting regional council staff and local community members to become work skill instructors, which in turn is empowering communities to deliver ‘on-the-ground’ training.
