Certificate IV in Information Technology Support

Jon Frost enrolled in a Certificate IV in Information Technology Support so he could combine his passion for customer support and technology while he was working for Service NSW.
When the Taree Service NSW first opened, Jon reached out to Taree’s Rotary Clubs to invite them to the centre for an after hours tour, talk and digital demonstration. The session was a success and the Rotary clubs went on to champion Service NSW in the wider community.
As a result of his community engagement initiatives, Jon was awarded the 2018 Service NSW ‘DNA CEO Award’, which recognises living Service NSW’s ‘DNA’ through passion, teamwork and accountability.
After gaining his certificate qualification, Jon successfully obtained a role within Service NSW’s newly formed Product Digitalisation Team, which aims to digitise and simplify current paper-based forms and processes.
