The Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training has announced the finalists for the 2025 Australian Training Awards, celebrating excellence across Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector.
The Awards recognise outstanding students, apprentices, trainers and teachers, employers and registered training organisations that demonstrate innovation, dedication and best practice in VET.
“These Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the best of Australia’s vocational education and training sector – and remind Australians that there’s never been a better time to pursue new skills and qualifications.
“As a nation we reap the benefits from the dedication and commitment of VET students, teachers and trainers. It is fitting that every year we celebrate their achievements through these awards.” said the Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training.
Winners will be announced at the Australian Training Awards gala in Darwin, Northern Territory, on Friday 5 December 2025.
All finalists are invited to join the Australian VET Alumni, a national network dedicated to sharing their inspiring stories to encourage greater participation and promote the value of a VET pathway.
