On Friday 5 December 2025, we celebrated the outstanding achievements of high‑performing individuals and organisations at the Australian Training Awards gala event in Darwin, Northern Territory. The evening recognised students, apprentices, teachers, training providers and businesses for their exceptional contributions to Australia’s VET sector.
Hosted by the Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training, the Awards celebrated individuals and organisations who demonstrate dedication, innovation and excellence in VET.
“The Australian Training Awards highlight the incredible dedication, drive and diversity that exists across our vocational education and training sector. I congratulate all of this year’s finalists and winners for their hard work. They’re demonstrating that the VET sector offers incredible opportunities, whether you’re from the Top End, Tasmania, regional WA and anywhere in between.”, said the Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training.
From metropolitan centres to regional and remote communities, this year’s finalists and winners show how VET supports local industries, builds careers and strengthens communities across every state and territory.
Congratulations to the winners, runners‑up and finalists.
