Help Enterprises started in 1968 as a not-for-profit organisation to enhance the lives and independence of people with disabilities. In 1995 it became a registered training organisation and now places almost 70 per cent of its trainees in the paid workforce. Help Enterprises trains all its students to industry standards at a range of multi-million dollar facilities at locations from Toowong to Bribie Island.
Help Enterprises partners with a wide range of large employers and invests heavily in infrastructure and technology to ensure students graduate with the best possible chance of succeeding in the workforce.
Help Enterprises won the Small Training Provider of the Year Award at the 2013 Australian Training Awards. The award recognises aregistered training organisation that has demonstrated outstanding achievement in all aspects of the delivery of vocational education and training.
